fun weekends

July was a busy busy month for us, we were gone every weekend somewhere! we love those types of months. first we started off with a trip to island park with my family, i posted about that earlier. then we went on a camping trip with all of colbys family. we had a blast! we hung out by the fire played funny games, chatted, rode four wheelers, went hiking, to the fish place, and lots of fun stuff! thanks to all of colbys family we had a great time.

next we went on a camping trip with our friends the nates, uncle bj, and kim and the girls. we had a lot of fun this trip too. we hung out by the fire, ate, played games, relaxed, went hiking, and went to bear lake to swim. it was a fun time. thanks everyone.

he loved the water. he did not cry or fuss. the only time he didnt like it was when i wave came and hit him in the face, then he was done. ops my fault.

after that camping trip it was rodeo weekend here in preston. it is a big deal. it starts thursday and ends saturday. they have a parade on every day. they have sidewalk sales and games for the kids and best of all they have a rodeo every night. this year colbys night of was saturday so we got to go to the rodeo that night it was so much fun. they had a ton of great bull riders. cant wait til next year when it comes around again. i am so sad that july is over and our fun weekends are gone. back to work colby goes, but i will be counting down the shifts for when we have the fun weekends come back to us. but for now we will just enjoy the short times we have during the week!
