December

December was a very crazy busy month as i am sure it was for all. This month Deegan hit the 9 month mark! We went to his check up and he is a big healthy boy. he is 29 inches tall and just under 20 Ibs. His weight has been on a roller coaster since he has been sick since the first of November. it all started with double ear infections. then he got another set of double ear infections, then those would not go away so he had his first SURGERY! he had tubes put in his ears. He did great going under smiling at the nurses and doctors but waking up was a whole other story that i never want to experience again! but the ear tubes have been a miracle, and i don't regret getting them done. he was also sick for Christmas so there is not a whole lot of pictures of his smiling face, but he is finally back to normal and throwing that big twinkling-eyed smile at everyone!

He loved Santa so much that he did not want to come back to me. Smart kid knows that Santa has the big stash of toys.

Grandma and Grandpa Utah gave him this sled and he loves it! i have pulled him around the house in it and he gets so mad when i stop or has to get out. i just wish there was some snow so we could go outside.

Christmas day... i was so excited like i am every year and dying to get up and go to the living room. but deegan had other plans and decided to sleep in til 8!

The day after Christmas we went to Hardware Ranch. now for those that don't know what this is... it is not a hardware store!

after the ride they let you take pics with the horses, deegan got right up there and put his arm around the big black horse like he had seen him a million times. it was too funny!

i cant believe that 2011 is already over. i feel like it just began. but we had an amazing year and cant wait to see what 2012 brings us!
